TUESDAY
Pioneer Sewing:
Pioneers did not have sewing machines so we will learn as they learned! We will be using different types of needles and threads for various types of hand sewing projects. Basic hand sewing, embroidery, crewel and cross stitch. Projects are small and we intend to create samples daily. Projects can be personalized to individual skill levels.

WEDNESDAY
Baking & Confectionary Decorating:
•. AGES 7 & up
• TUITION: $125 monthly
•SUPPLY FEE: $100 for Jan-April
• TIME:1:15-3:15
Students enrolled in this 2 hour weekly classes will learn:
• baking and decorating
• culinary skills
• to express their creativity and have fun
• the basics of cake, cupcake, and cookie decorating using buttercream and fondant
• how to model with fondant and use simple piping techniques
• Kitchen and cleanliness guidelines
Weekly projects will teach students how to:
• crumb coat and ice cakes with buttercream
• condition and use fondant
• roll out and cover a cake in fondant
• decorate sugar cookies with buttercream
• pipe stars, star fill-ins, pull-up stars, shells, beads, zigzag, rosettes, and leaves
• model decorations with fondant
• pipe simple decorations on their cake, cookies, and more!
Students enrolled in first semester will automatically be enrolled in second semester Baking, Confectionalry Decorting unless notifying us of their withdrawl. There is a $100 supply fee for the 2nd semester.
