Beginning piano students learn to play the piano, read music as well as understand music theory. Beginning Piano Group Class teaches rhythms, playing with a group, the art of singing while playing the piano and much more! Start your musical journey in this class! When students are ready, they can move out of this class into private lessons. Students must enroll in this class from the very beginning of Septmeber. After the second class, new students may not join. No payment is made for this class online. All payments are made directly to the instructor who will reach out to you with directions and a link to order piano method books.
Parental attendance is helpful. We ask that parents follow the teachers lead in class so they can assist their child at home.

Beginning Flutophone Ensemble
Grades 2nd -6th, ages 7-11
Thursdays 1:15-2:00
$60 monthly

This extraordinary class is like a pre-band class. Students learn to play the flutophone which has almost identical fingerings to all woodwind instruments. Learning the flutophone first makes learning flute, clarinet, or saxophone easy! Students will learn to read music, count, rhythms, keep a steady beat and play in an ensemble. This is a wonderful fun class and highly educational. Students will need to practice about 10 or 15 minutes several days weekly.
